Thanks to the partnership between the Cultural Routes Fund in Jaroslaw and the City of Svidnik in Slovakia, a common concept of the innovative “Route of Integral Renovation of Human Being – Via Reginae” as a new standard of cooperation between the border countries, aimed at exploring the issues of spirituality, psyche and physicality related to human renewal, has been developed.
The concept is realized within the framework of the project “Route of Integral Renovation of Human Being – Via Reginae” financed by the European Regional Development Fund Interreg V-A Poland – Slovakia 2014-2020 programme, which will result in a cross-border branded tourism and pilgrimage product based on Eastern and Western Christian traditions.

Within the framework of the project, the Strategy for the Pedestrian “Route of Integral Renovation of Human Being – Via Reginae” has been developed, including a system of stations/regeneration rooms, based on the cultural heritage related to the Marian cult.
As part of the “Route of Integral Renovation of Human Being – Via Reginae” in Poland and Slovakia, there will be specially prepared historic rooms where tourists and pilgrims will find distance to civilization and grey everyday life.

About the project

The concept of the “Route of Integral Renovation of Human Being – Via Reginae” is based on the psychological exercise of the “circle of life”, on the basis of which 7 pillars concerning 7 areas of human life.
Within the framework of the project, specialists will be responsible for psycho-educational support concerning spiritual and mental regeneration, awakening of lasting positive emotions and interpersonal relations, use of natural and spatial wealth as elements stimulating the search for oneself, natural attractions and cultural heritage conducive to the experience of spiritual and mystical elevations and impressions.
